不孕症使用官腔镜并腹腔镜的临床干预效果探析

目的探讨不孕症使用官腔镜并腹腔镜的临床干预效果。方法临床组患者应用宫腔镜并腹腔镜进行治疗，参照组单纯应用腹腔镜进行治疗。结果临床组总有效率为82．72％，显著好于参照组的53．09％（P〈0．05）。临床组不良反应率为4．94％，显著低于参照组的18．52％（P〈0．05）。临床组不良反应发生率显著低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组外科创伤程度相比无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论不孕症使用官腔镜并腹腔镜的临床干预效果显著，且不良反应发生率低，不会显著增加外科创伤。

Clinical intervention effects of applying hysteroscopy and laparoscopy for infertility

Objective To analyze the clinical intervention effects of applying hysteroscopy and laparoscopy for infertility. Methods The clinical group received hysteroscopy and laparoscopy treatment and the reference group only received laparoscopy treatment. Results The total effective rate of the clinical group was 82.72%, which was significantly better than the 53.09% of the reference group （P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the clinical group was 4.94%,which was significantly lower than the 18.52% of the reference group,with statistical significance（P ~ O.05）.The two groups were not significantly different in the surgical trauma degree（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy show remarkable clinical intervention effects for infertility,have low incidence of adverse reactions and will not increase surgical trauma obviously.
