| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对高龄食管癌、贲门癌的围手术期的护理护理干预方法。方法回顾性分析100例高龄（≥65岁）食管癌、贲门癌患者的临床资料。结果高龄食管癌、贲门癌患者术前合并症多，术后并发症高，围手术期死亡率高。结论加强对高龄食管癌、贲门癌的围手术期的护理干预，可增加患者对手术的耐受性，增强患者对手术的依从性，减少并发症及死亡率，提高手术成功率，使患者安全顺利渡过手术期，取得手术成功。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing methods of elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma in perioperative period. Methods The clinical data of 100 elderly patients （over 65 years） with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma was retrospectively analyzed. Results Elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were multiple complications in preoperative, high complications after operation, and high mortality in perioperative period. Conclusion Strengthen the nursing intervention on elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma in perioperative period, can increase the tolerance of the patient on the operation, enhance the compliance of operation, reduce the complications and mortality, improve the success rate of the operation, make the patient safety smoothly through the operation period and the operation successful. |
