临床上对室性早搏的认识和治疗经验

室性早搏是最常见的心律失常之一，其临床表现多变，依据自身形态特点、发作频率等，可表现为单纯的无症状室性早搏到左心功能障碍，甚至出现充血性心力衰竭。目前临床上对于室性早搏的认识及治疗尚缺乏普遍共识，其治疗方案选择更多的基于临床表现。对于室性早搏发生频率高，症状较重，或怀疑可能导致心肌病的患者，射频消融术是最有效的选择，成功率可达80%~85％，多病例在成功消融后可明显改善左室功能。

Cognition and experience in management of premature ventricular contractions

Premature ventricular complexes are one of the most common arrhythmia. The clinical presentation may range from asymptomatic to left ventricular dysfunction, even with congestive heart failure due to their morphological characteristics, seizure frequency, etc. Current understanding of premature ventricular complexes and therapy is still a lack of consensus, the decision of treatment based on clinical presentation. Radiofrequency ablation has been seen as an effective option for the treatment of frequent PVCs or thus with suspicion of PVC-mediated cardiomyopathy. The clinical experience show that PVCs ablation has been successful in 80%-85% of cases, and multiple cases can obviously improve left ventricular function after successful ablation.
