六味地黄汤加味治疗老年期失眠症47例

目的观察六味地黄汤加味治疗老年期失眠症的疗效。方法对100例老年期失眠症患者，随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例，对照组给予苯二氮卓类药阿普唑仑，治疗组予六味地黄汤加味治疗，均治疗6周为1个疗程。结果经1个疗程后，治疗组总有效率为89．4％，对照组总有效率为72．1％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论六味地黄汤加味治疗老年期失眠症疗效较好。

Modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of 47 patients with senile insomnia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of patients with senile insomnia. Methods 100 patients with senile insomnia were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. 50 cases in the treatment group were treated with Modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction, while 50 cases in the control group were treated with Alprazolam Tablets. All patients were treated for 6weeks as a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 89.4%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 72.1%, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified Liuwei Dihuang decoction in the treatment of patients with senile insomnia has better efficacy.
