| 摘 要： | 从用户需求的角度对重庆市部分三甲医院医护人员专业文献的满足进行了问卷及访谈调查,了解受访者对文献的基本需求及偏好、信息环境、信息获取渠道及期望构成。探索了医护人员的专业文献需求与满足之间存在的鸿沟及困扰其文献需求满足的原因,该研究能够为医院等机构改进信息服务方式及医护人员信息素养的培养提供建议。

| Abstract: | It investigated health care workers of third-level grade-A hospitals in Chongqing to grasp their academic literature demand and satisfaction. The investigation was composed of literature demand and preferences,SinformationSenvironment,information source and literature satisfaction andSexpectations. It explored gap between the demand and satisfaction and causes. The conclusion could give recommendation on improvement of information service andStheScultivationSofSinformationSliteracy. |
