| 摘 要： | 自我体验教学法（SEBL）是天津医科大学精神医学教研室2004年提出的一种新的教学方法。文章通过SEBL对78名医学生的学习效果和精神症状的评价研究,表明SEBL能够显著提高医学生的学习效果并减轻精神症状,其中SEBL对不同性别、性格和应付方式的医学生的精神症状影响有一定差异。SEBL是一种简单有效的教学改革方法,对于促进医学生医学模式转变具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Self-experience-based learning(SEBL) is a kind of new teaching method by PsychiatryDevelopment of Tianjin Medical University.The teaching reform has improved the study effect and eased spirit symptoms with 78 medical students.The influence of SEBL differs in many ways for sex,personality,coping mode of students.SEBL method is an simple and effective way of teaching reform,which plays a positive role in promoting medical students to learn the transformation of physiology-psychology-society model. |
