| 摘 要： | [目的]研究不同直径鼻胃管插管与胃食管返流症(GER)的关系。[方法]将68名患者随机分别用两种不同管径的胃管(A组:内径2.85mm,B组:内径6mm),分别在餐后1h和2h用B超检查有无GER发生。[结果]胃管管径的大小与GER的发生无关。[结论]不提倡应用小内径的胃管来预防GER的发生。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To research the relationship between naso-gastric tubes of different thicknesses and gastroe-sophageal reflux (GER).
