| 摘 要： | 目的]了解河南省居民恶性肿瘤死亡水平。方法]利用SPSS10.0和SAS9.1软件对河南省居民1974～1976年、1990～1992年和2004～2005年3次死因回顾的疾病监测点(DSP)资料进行分析。结果]恶性肿瘤粗死亡率第1次、第2次和第3次调查分别为:93.18/10万、117.25/10万和144.41/10万,标化死亡率分别为:91.40/10万、107.32/10万和110.47/10万。1974年恶性肿瘤位于前5位的疾病是:食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、肺癌和宫颈癌,1990年后宫颈癌退出前5位,结直肠癌进入前5位。结论]恶性肿瘤的死亡水平处于上升趋势,其死亡水平的升高主要来自于男性恶性肿瘤死亡率的升高。食道癌死亡水平呈下降趋势,肝癌、肺癌和结直肠癌死亡水平呈快速上升态势。
