| 摘 要： | [目的]观察冰敷加热敷对预防经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)致机械性静脉炎的效果。[方法]将140例PICC的肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组70例,和观察组70例,对照组置管后予常规护理,观察组方法为:置管24h内冰敷置管后立即开始冰敷1h、间歇2h,交替进行2次冰敷后,改为每6h冰敷1次,每次1h,共2次。热敷在置管后24h进行,每天1次,连续热敷3d。比较两组患者机械性静脉炎发生率。[结果]观察组发生机械性静脉炎2例,对照组15例,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]PICC置管后24h内立即给予冰敷,置管24h后热敷能有效减少PICC所致机械性静脉炎的发生,值得临床推广应用。
