| 摘 要： | 目的]探索HIV感染者/AIDS病人管理模式。方法]通过三级卫生网络对2007～2008年存活的HIV感染者/AIDS病人开展医学随访和管理。结果]HIV感染者/AIDS病人的流调(首次随访)率从21.13%上升到91.90%;随访率从28.99%上升到52.23%;CD4+检测率从26.19%上升到40.64%。结论]运用三级卫生网络可以有效管理艾滋病的传染源,减少新发感染和发生二代病例。
