甲型H1N1标本检测医院实验室感染控制策略探讨

[目的]探讨检测甲型H1N1患者标本防止实验室感染的策略。[方法]通过制定切实可行的操作流程并应用于实践,以达到预防实验室感染的目的。[结果]流行期间未发生实验室感染事件。常用气溶胶消毒剂过氧化氢有可能对检测产生干扰。[结论]制定措施实行应急管理和常态化管理相结合的办法是医院诊疗工作有序进行的保证。过氧化氢对实验室的污染需要引起重视。
