| 摘 要： | 目的 观察国产血细胞分离机采集血小板效果.方法 应用国产XCF-3000型血细胞分离机单采血小板95例,用KX-21N型血细胞分析仪检测采集前献血者、采集后血小板成品血细胞参数,评估血小板采集效率和成功率、白细胞和红细胞混入量质控标准符合率,观察献血者及受血者不良反应.结果 单采血小板成品血小板数平均每袋(2.83±0.46)×1011,采集成功率为71.58%;采集效率为(54.20±7.48)%; 白细胞混入量符合率为97.89%;红细胞混入量符合率为12.63%.结论 血小板采集成功率、效率和白细胞混入量符合率与进口同类机型近似,红细胞混入量符合率较低.
