| 摘 要： | 为制定小柴胡冲剂的质量标准，采用薄层层析法对小柴胡冲剂中的柴胡、甘草、黄芩进行了定性鉴别，用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果：柴胡、甘草、黄芩的生鉴别灵敏、专属；黄芩苷含量测定平均回收率100．5％，RSD＝1．20％。结论：建立的定性、定量方法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好，可作为其质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To work out the quality standards of Xiaochaihu Granules.METHODS:The identification of composition was carryied out with TLC.The determination of content of baicalin was performed with HPLC.RESULTS:The identification of Radix Bupleuri,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix scutellariae in Xiaochaihu Granules had been carryied out with TLC.The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC.The average recovery was 100.5%,with RSD 1.2%.CONCLUSION:The metheods of quantitative and qualitative analyses were simple,sensitive,accurate and with a good reproduction.These methods could be used to control the quality of Xiaochaihu Granules. |
