带瞄准器的带锁髓内针治疗下肢骨干骨折(附55例报告)

摘    要:目的:探讨使用带瞄准器的带锁骨内针治疗下肢骨干骨折的临床经验。方法:对1998年6月-2000年6月使用带瞄准器的带锁髓内针治疗的55例下肢骨干骨折进行回顾性分析。手术采用闭合或小切口开放复位,用瞄准器锁定骨折远近端。结果:平均随访13.5个月,关节功能恢复优良率95.5%,骨折愈合率98.2% ,2例软组织感染,3例髓内针过长,5例旋转或短缩畸形。结论:带瞄准器的带锁髓内针治疗下肢骨干骨折疗效满意,操作简便,不需特殊的设备和器材,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the experience treating shaft fracture of lower extremity by interlocking nail with distal target device.Methods:From June.1998 to June.2000,55 cases of shaft fractures of lower extremity who had been treated by interlocking nail with distal target device were analyzed retrospectively.We treated by close reduction or limited open reduction,distal target devices were used to lock fracture.Result:Average follow up period is 13.5 months.The excellent and good rate of joint function recovery is 95.5%,the rate of union is 98.2%,2 cases soft tissue were infected,3 intramedullary nails were too long,5 cases were rotated or shortening deformity.Conclusion:The curative effects of shaft fracture of lower extremity treated by interlocking nail with distal target device is satisfactory.It has advantages of manipulating easier and needs not any special equipment and medical appliances.It would be widely used in clinical practice.
