| 摘 要： | 我院自１９７５年～１９９０年共收治８１例卵巢生殖细胞癌，包括无性细胞瘤４４例、恶性畸胎瘤２４例、内胚窦瘤１１例、恶性混合瘤及胚胎癌各１例。本文就影响预后的因素，特别是临床分期、病理类型及首次治疗方法进行了分析。

| Abstract: | From 1975 to 1990,81 cases ovarian genital cell tumors,including 44 dysgerminomas,24 malignant teratomata,11endedermal sinus tumors,1 malignant mized tumor and 1 embryonal carcinoma,were treated in our hospital.In this report,prog-nostic factors,especially clinical stage,pathologic type and initial therapy,were analysed. |
