| 摘 要： | 多层螺旋CT灌注成像对肾细胞癌早期诊断及判断预后具有决定性意义。肾细胞癌为多血管的实体肿瘤，把肾细胞癌血管生成方面的分子病理学指标微血管密度及血管内皮生长因子与肾细胞癌灌注成像相结合，有助于深入了解肾细胞癌的发生、发展及转移机制，并进一步评价肾细胞癌的预后。

| Abstract: | Renal cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of the kidney with late symptoms, high fatality rate and rising incidence rate. Multislice spiral CT perfusion imaging has decisive significance in the early diagnosis and prognostic judgment of the renal cell carcinoma. Because renal cell carcinoma is a multivessel solid tumor, combination of its microvessel density and vascular endothelial growth factor with CT perfusion imaging is conducive to the understanding of its mechanisms of progenesis, development and metastasis and the judgment of its prognosis. |
