广州市社区中老年居民高血压相关知识及防治状况调查

目的 了解广州市社区中老年居民高血压相关知识、信念及防治状况，为开展社区高血压防治工作提供科学依据。方法 以社区为基础，采用整群抽样的方法，对广州市两社区50岁以上居民进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果 社区中老年人高血压患病比例为40.9%，标化率为44.7%；高血压知识及格率为66.0%，其中高血压知晓者最高（76.8%），文化程度和家族史是影响高血压知晓情况的相关因素；高血压知晓率、控制率分别为64.4%、23.8%，女性、有家族史及知识水平高者，高血压控制较好。结论 广州市社区中老年高血压患病率较高，同时知晓率、控制率均较低，对高血压的认识不足，有必要开展以社区为基础的高血压健康促进工作。

Survey of control status of hypertension and relative knowledge in middle and old aged population in communities of Guangzhou.
