| 摘 要： | 氯吡格雷是目前广泛应用的抗血小板药物,其对血小板的抑制具有个体差异性.近来氯吡格雷抵抗受到了越来越多的关注,它的检测方法有透光率集合度测定、血小板功能分析仪、全血流式细胞仪等.防治氯吡格雷抵抗的对策是多方面的,主要有避免药物相互作用、增加剂量或联合治疗等.

| Abstract: | Clopidogrel is a widely used antiplatelet aggregation drug. However, Clopidogrel-induced platelet inhibition is patient-specific. The benefits of using clopidogrel are not guaranteed. Various plateletfunction tests include light transmission aggregometry（LTA）, and platelet function analyzer 100（PFA-100）, and flow cytometer（FCM）. The prevention of clopidogrel resistance has versatile measures. The possible measures include avoiding drug interactions, augment dosage and therapeutic alliance. |
