| 摘 要： | 目的：了解头孢哌酮与中药柴芩承气汤配伍治疗急性重症胰腺炎与IL-6、IL-8相关性。方法：酶联免疫吸附法。结果：头孢哌酮与中药柴芩承气汤配伍可以明显下调急性重症胰腺炎时IL-6、IL-8、血AMY水平，IL-6、IL-8与血AMY、胰腺湿重呈正相关，头孢哌酮钠 柴芩承气汤组的IL-6、IL-8与血AMY、胰腺湿重低于其余组，而其差异具有显著性。结论：头孢哌酮钠 柴芩承气汤是治疗急性重症胰腺炎的良好选择，柴芩承气汤在茵毒并治中作用显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the relationship between SAP treated with Cefoperazone together with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and IL-6 and IL-8. Methods:Adopt the Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Cefoperazone matched with TCM decreased the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and AMY. The weigh of pancreas in the Cefoperazone+TCM group and Ciprofloxacin group was lower compared with other groups. Conclusion: Cefoperazone+Chinese Medicine is the best choice to treat SAP.Chaiqinchengqi Soup is important to release the injury by bacteria and endotoxemia. |
