| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效并探讨支原体肺炎患儿血清中细胞因子的变化。方法采用随机分组法,设立治疗组45例,口服中药加阿奇霉素10mg/(kgod)静脉点滴,对照组45例,单纯应用阿奇霉素静脉点滴,两组均以7d为1个疗程。并观察两组的有效率、症状体征消失时间及血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的变化。结果两组的总有效率分别为93.33%和73.33%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在发热消失时间、咳喘及罗音消失时间等方面都明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组细胞因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎能缩短病程,提高疗效,明显减轻患儿的痛苦,降低血清中细胞因子含量。
