泮托拉唑联合凝血酶治疗上消化道出血的疗效观察

目的观察泮托拉唑联合凝血酶治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效及安全性。方法将92例上消化道出血患者随机分为两组,每组46例。两组均给予基础治疗及泮托拉唑静滴,治疗组加用凝血酶口服治疗。结果治疗组的显效率和总有效率分别为56.5%和93.4%,显著高于对照组的34.7%和76.0%（P〈0.05）。治疗组的平均输血量和住院天数则明显低于对照组（1.63±0.47Uvs2.47±0.76U,6.48±1.52dvs8.61±2.37d,P〈0.01）。两组均未见明显药物副反应。结论泮托拉唑联合凝血酶治疗上消化道出血疗效肯定,不良反应少,可作为治疗本病的首选方案。

Efficacy observation on pantoprazole combined with thrombin for treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pantoprazole combined with thrombin in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods 92 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided randomly into therapy group（n=46） and control group（n=46）,both groups received basic treatment and intravenously pantoprazole,moreover,the therapy group was given with orally thrombin.Results Compared with control group,the therapy group had higher improving rate and total effectiveness rate（56.5% vs 34.7%,93.4% vs 76.0%,both P0.05）,but had lower mean transfusion volume and hospitalization time（1.63±0.47U vs 2.47±0.76U,6.48±1.52d vs 8.61±2.37d,both P0.01）,and had few side effects occurred.Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with thrombin is effective and safe for treating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
