海洛因与新型毒品滥用者生存质量比较研究

目的:了解海洛因滥用者和新型毒品滥用者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法:应用自编健康调查表和药物成瘾者生存质量测定量表(QOL-DA),对辽宁省9个强制隔离戒毒所356名戒毒者进行问卷调查,应用多元线性回归对海洛因滥用者和新型毒品滥用者的生存质量的影响因素进行分析。结果:海洛因滥用者的生存质量各维度得分均低于新型毒品滥用者,尤其在躯体功能和戒毒症状维度得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析发现:吸毒频率、美沙酮维持治疗、婚姻状况是海洛因滥用者生存质量的影响因素,而吸毒剂量、吸毒后家庭收入是新型毒品滥用者生存质量的影响因素。结论:不同类型吸毒人员生理、心理和社会功能出现不同程度损害,应采取有针对性的措施改善其生存质量。

COMPARATION OF QUALITY OF LIFE BETWEEN HEROIN ADDICTS AND NEW-TYPE DRUG USERS

Objective:To investigate the Quality Of Life(QOL) and influence factors of new type drug and heroin abusers.Methods:The questionnaire which includes Health questionnaire and Quality of Life Scale of Drug Addict(QOL-DA) were completed by trained interviewers during face-to-face interview.Three hundred and fifty six 356 drug abusers were recruited from nine compulsory isolation detoxification center in Liaoning Province.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influential factors of the QOL among new type drug and heroin abusers.Results:During the rehabilitation period of drug addicts,the scale of QOL in heroin abusers were lower than that of new-type drug users,especially in PH and ST scale.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the times of drug using per day,the methadone maintenance treatment history,the marital status were the common influential factors for heroin abusers;the quantity of drug using per day and average income were the risk factors for new type drug abusers.Conclusion:The function of physica,psychological and societal all were harmed in difference degree for different drug abusers.There was a great need for taking corresponding measures to improve the quality of life among drug abusers.
