2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平及相关因素分析

摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及相关因素。方法将本院收治的40例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者作为糖尿病合并脑梗死组,40例脑梗死非糖尿病患者为脑梗死组。采用荧光偏振免疫分析法检测2组患者血清中Hcy水平,采用放射免疫法检测血清中叶酸及维生素B12浓度。自动生化分析仪测定患者空腹血糖浓度、C反应蛋白水平。结果糖尿病合并脑梗死组患者血清Hcy水平明显低于脑梗死组;Hcy与年龄、平均动脉压呈显著正相关;Hcy与C反应蛋白、叶酸、维生素B12呈显著负相关。结论 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者存在Hcy代谢异常,叶酸、平均动脉压、维生素B12等与Hcy异常有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore serum homocysteine(Hcy) level and relative factors in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods Forty patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction hospitalized in our hospital were considered as diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction group,and 40 patients with non-diabetic cerebral infarction as cerebral infraction group.The levels of serum Hcy in patients of both groups were detected by fluorescence polarization immunoassay,the concentrations of folic acid and vitamin B12 in serum detected by radioimmunoassay,and the concentration of fasting plasma glucose and the level of C-reactive protein in patients determined by a automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results The level of serum Hcy in patients of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction group was significantly lower than that of cerebral infarction group.Hcy significantly had a positive correlation with the age and mean arterial pressure,while having a negative correlation with the C-reactive protein,folic acid and vitamin B2.Conclusion Metabolic abnormalities are presented in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Hcyabnormality is associated with folic acid,mean arterial pressure and vitamin B12.
