| 摘 要： | 对比分析国内外院前急救模式及急救人员岗位培训,借鉴国外经验,结合我国国情,提出建立符合我国长远发展需求的均衡性院前急救模式;通过储备人才、建立岗前培训机制、继续教育体制、国家资格认证体系,提高院前急救人员急救水平,提高院前个体患者救治和突发事件现场应急医疗救援的水平。

| Abstract: | Comparative analysis of domestic and international pre-hospital emergency modes and emergency personnel job training was conducted. It was proposed to establish a balanced pre-hospital emergency mode adapting to our long-term development, combined with the national conditions of China. It is necessary to improve the first aid level of pre-hospital emergency personnel and the level of individual patient treatment and pre-hospital on-site emergency medical rescue by reserving personnel and establishing the mechanism of pre-service training, a system of continuing education, and the national qualification certification system. |
