乌鲁木齐市某社区糖尿病患病率及知识知晓率现况调查

目的分析乌鲁木齐市社区居民的糖尿病患病率及糖尿病知识知晓率的情况,为开展糖尿病防治工作提供科学依据。方法以新民路西社区中18～88岁的社区居民为研究对象,采用整群抽样的方法对社区居民进行面对面问卷调查,同时进行血糖等体格检查。结果新民路西社区居民糖尿病的患病率为18.42%,随年龄增长呈上升趋势,特别是在60岁以上人群,糖尿病患病率增长较快。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、糖尿病家族史、高血压是糖尿病患病的主要危险因素,糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的知晓率均大于非糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。结论定期对社区居民开展健康教育及血糖监测,可以提高社区居民糖尿病知识知晓率,糖尿病患者的生活质量。

Survey on diabetes prevalence and knowledge awareness in Urumqi City

Objective To understarM diabetes prevalence, awareness rates about diabetes, and provide the scien- tific evidence for diabetes prevention. Methods The objects of study were aged 18 -88 years old residents in Xinminlu West Community of Urumqi City. A cluster sampling method was used and a face-to-face survey was carried out among community residents with blood glucose examination. Results The prevalence of diabetes in Xinminlu West Community Urumqi was 18.42%. The prevalence was increased with age, especially among elderly person aged above 60 years old. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, family history of diabetes, hypertension were major risk factors associated with diabetes. Awareness rate of diabetes knowledge in diabetes patients were higher than that in non-diabetic patients and had significant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Regular community health education and blood glucose monitor are useful to raise community aware- ness of diabetes knowledge and improve the quality of life in patients with diabetes among community residents.
