钼靶X线在乳腺癌筛查中的应用

目的探讨乳腺X线摄片在乳腺癌筛查中的应用。方法对1 200名乳腺癌筛查者均行乳腺x线摄片检查。结果采用BI-RADS分类法,1 200名乳腺癌筛查者中,脂肪型216例,占18%;少腺体型396例,占33%;多腺体型480例,占40%;致密型108例,占9%。0级32例,占2.67%;1级184例,占15.33%;2级636例,占53%;3级324例,占27%;4级18例,占1.5%;5级6例,占0.5%。乳腺X线摄片可疑乳腺癌20例,术后病理诊断10例为乳腺癌,其中4例为早期乳腺癌,占40%(4/10)。结论通过乳腺X线摄片在正常人群中行乳腺癌的筛查,有助于发现早期乳腺癌,为临床早期治疗提供依据。

Application of Mammographic Diagnosis in Mammary Cancer Screening

Objective To investigate breast X-ray breast cancer screening.Methods 1 200 breast cancer screening caught line breast X-ray radiography inspection.Results BI-RADS classification is used for 1 200 breast cancer screening examinees,with the result of 216 fat cases(18%);396 small glands cases,accounting for 33%;480 polyglandular cases,accounting for 40%;108 dense cases,accounting for 9%.32 0 degree cases,accounting for 2.67%;184 1 degree cases,accounting for 15.33%;636 2 degree cases,accounting for 53%;324 3 degree cases,accounting for 27%;18 4 degree cases,accounting for 1.5%;6 5 degree cases,accounting for 0.5%.There are 20 breast X-ray radiography suspicious breast cancer cases.10 cases the pathological diagnosis get of breast cancer,including 4 cases of early breast cancer,accounting for 40%(4/10).Conclusion The breast X-ray radiography screening helps to detect early breast cancer to provide the basis for early clinical treatment of breast cancer in the normal population.
