和肽素在急性心肌梗死中的应用

和肽素是精氨酸加压素(AVP)原C末端的一部分,因其具有稳定性好,体外检测方便,且在血浆中与AVP变化趋势一致等优点,可替代AVP用于临床研究。近年来研究发现,和肽素在心血管疾病(特别是急性心肌梗死)的早期诊断和预测心肌梗死后心力衰竭的发生率及病死率方面具有重大的应用价值,其优势甚至大于传统标志物心肌肌钙蛋白及脑钠肽。

Application of Copeptin on Coronary Heart Disease

Copeptin is a part of C-terminal of the AVP precursor peptide.Because it changes consistently with arginine vasopressin,and is stable and conveniently to be detected ex vivo,copeptin can replace AVP to be used in clinical studies.Recent studies discovered that copeptin measurement has great application value in early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease(especially of the acute myocardial infarction)and in the prediction for incidence rate and mortality rate of heart failure after myocardial infarction.The advantages are even greater than the traditional markers,cTn and BNP.
