| 摘 要： | 目的阐述抚顺市社区卫生服务体系药品不良反应病例报告分析情况，探索在我国社区卫生服务体系中药品不良反应监测规律。方法收集2006年全市社区卫生服务体系上报的药品不良反应病例报告，从性别和年龄分布、用药情况等进行分析。结果40岁以上的中老年人药品不良反应构成比较高，占60％；抗微生物药物和中药制刹药品不良反应构成比较高；新的、严重的不良反应占30%.结论通过对社区卫生服务体系上报的药品不良反应病例报告进行有益的探讨，可为社毒区卫生服务系统开展药品不良反应监测提供借鉴，也为基层社区医务人员的合理用药提供指导。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss Fushun centre of adverse drug reaction (ADR) monitoring about community health service reported cases of ADR, study the ADR monitoring of community health service system in China. Methods The ADR reports collected from Fushun in 2006 was analyzed whidh reported by community health service. The analysis was based on the sex and age distribution of patients and drug use. Results People above 40 elderly occured ADR accounting for 60%. The constitution of antimi-crobial drugs and traditional Chinese Medicine adverse reactions was relatively high. New and serious adverse reactions made up 30%. Conclusion Fushun centre of ADR monitoring that reevaluating ADR reports was benefit for community health service, which provided reference and guided rational use of drug for the community healthcare. |
