| 摘 要： | 从广东阳江高本底地区和恩平对照地区分别选择122名和99名临床上健康的15～16岁的 中学生作为研究对象。高本底组比对照组约多接受3.5rad的天然辐射的累积照射。对每个受检者分析 200个M-1细胞, 结果表明高本底组的无着丝粒畸变(包括断片、无着丝粒环和微小体)、双着丝粒体 和稳定性畸变(倒位和易证)均高于对照组, 分别为0.41, 0.021, 0.045以及0.30、0.02、0.005/100细胞一统计分析指出高本底组的稳定性畸变频率和总畸变频率(0.47和0.33/100细胞)显著地高于对照组。
