| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨变应性鼻炎(AR)与分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的关系。方法：对96例变应性鼻炎患儿与53例正常儿童，进行声阻抗检查，分析SOM的发病情况。结果：两组之间分泌性中耳炎发生率差异有显著性。结论：变应性鼻炎患儿易伴发SOM，并导致听力下降，对变应性鼻炎患儿SOM的防治需予以重视。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between allergic rhinitis (AR) and secretory otitis media (SOM). Method: Ninety-six children with AR and 53 normal children were investigated by tympanogram.Result: The incidence of SOM had significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Children with AR have high incidence of SOM and hearing loss,and should be payed more attention to the treatment and prevention of SOM. |
