地中海贫血细胞免疫功能的研究

应用ＭｃＡｂ─ＡＰＡＡＰ法测定４０例地中海贫血外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的分布，与正常对照组比较，ＨｂＨ病和重／中间型β地贫：ＣＤ￣＋＿３、ＣＤ￣＋＿４显著减少，ＣＤ￣＋＿８显著增高，ＣＤ￣＋＿４／ＣＤ￣＋＿８比值显著降低，甚至部分病例ＣＤ￣＋＿４／ＣＤ￣＋＿８比例倒置；轻型β地贫，ＣＤ￣＋＿３、ＣＤ￣＋＿４显著减少，ＣＤ￣＋＿４／ＣＤ￣＋＿８比值显著降低，ＣＤ￣＋＿８无显著性差异，以上结果表明，地中海贫血存在细胞免疫功能异常，这是该病易反复感染的因素之一，ＨｂＨ病、重／中间型β地贫的外周血可能存在ＣＤ￣＋＿４ＣＤ￣＋＿８双标记细胞，这类细胞出现在地贫外周血中的意义尚待进一步探讨。

Study of the cellular immune function in the thalassemia

he distribution of T─lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in 40 casesthalassemia was determined by applying McAb─APAAP technique.Havingbeen compared to the normal group,results showed that CD￣+_3 and CD￣+_4 de─creased significantly,CD￣+_8increased obviously but CD￣+_4/CD￣+_8 lowered toomuch,even in some cases the proportion of CD￣+_4/CD￣+_8 inverted in HbH dis─ease and severe,intermediate β─thalassemia. In minor β─thalassemia, CD￣+_3and CD￣ +_4decreased significantly and the ratio of CD￣+_4/CD￣+_8loweredobviously, but CD￣+_8 made no significant difference. These results showed thatthe abnormity of cellular immune function exists in thalassemia. That′s one ofthe factors that such disease is easily infected.The CD￣+_4CD￣+_8 cells may exist inthe peripheral blood of HbH disease,severe and intermediate β─thalassemia. The significance that this kind of cells appear in the peripheral blood ofthalassemia will be further studied.
