壮族正常胎儿143例角膜测量分析

收集壮族正常胎儿眼球１４３例，用游标卡尺测量其角膜横径和垂直径后置于１０％福尔马林固定，石腊切片，Ｈ·Ｅ染色，再用显微测微计测量瞳孔区角膜厚度。结果表明，角膜横径与垂直径发育随胎龄增长而增大，数据经回归分析，呈直线性生长。将壮族胎儿角膜横径和垂直径与洛阳相应胎龄比较，早期发育变化有所差异，近足月时生长基本相等。所测量瞳孔区角膜厚皮显示２９周以后其生长缓慢，发育趋向定形，故认为可选择２９周以后胎儿角膜用作板层移植材料较适宜。

Measurement of cornea from healthy fetuses of Zhuang Nationality: a report of 143 cases

yeballs were collected from 143 healthy fetuses of Zhuang nationality.After measuring the trans- werse and vertical diameters, they were fixed in 10% formaldehyde solution, Omce the paraffin section andH. E staining was finished,the thickness of the cornea in the pupillary zone was measured with micrometer. Results showed that transverse and vertical diameters became bigger as the fetuses matured.By regressionanalysis the data were linear.Compared with those in Luoyang, there were some changes in early devel- opment but growth was almost the same near the full term, Measurement of the thickness of cornea in thepupillary zone indicated that the growth slowed down and the fetuses tended to be formed aftertwenty-nine weeks.So the cornea of fetus at this period is suitable for the use of lamellated transplantedmaterial.
