对病变区适当加压采取脱落细胞诊断早期食管癌

报告５６例食管癌患者应用食管细胞采取器在Ｘ线电视监视下预先定位，并通过血压计对食管细胞采取器气囊施加一定的压力，采取病变区粘膜表面的细胞，再用生理盐水冲洗离心，取试管底层物涂片进行细胞学检查，对早期食管癌的诊断和鉴别诊断获得较满意的效果，其中有５例仅侵犯粘膜层的早期食管癌，利用本法检查获得确诊。

Early oesophageal carcinoma were diagnosed in the exfoliative cells from the lesion under proper air pressure

his article gives a presentation of early diagnosing esophageal carcinoma by using an im─proved cytologic sampling method under the guide of TV monitor. The method begins withlocalization of lesion by filling barium sulfate 0.5一1.0ml into the sampler′s air sac and then fil─led the air to control the air sac until it is so closely reached the esophageal′s inner wall and sub sequent sampling are performed for cytologic examination.This method has a satisfactory effectin the diagnosis and differential dagnosis of early oesophageal carcinoma.Five early esophagealcancers were detected.
