摘    要:目的:了解乌鲁木齐市属医疗机构护理人员的心理健康状况。方法:对乌鲁木齐所有市属医疗机构的护理人员采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查。结果:症状自评量表(SCL-90)的各因子分中偏执与国内常模的差异无统计学意义,人际关系敏感因子分低于常模,其余的因子分均高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P0.001),3.8%的护理人员存在中度以上的心理问题,较为常见的有强迫、抑郁、敌对及焦虑等。结论:乌鲁木齐市属医疗机构护理人员的心理状况较一般人群差,应引起卫生行政部门的重视,加强社会支持。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the nursing staff's mental condition in medical institutions affiliated to Urumqi.
