| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒血流显像在诊断下肢深静脉血栓中的价值。材料和方法：对３５例下肢深静脉血栓患者进行彩超检查，年龄２５～７２岁，平４６８岁，其中２６例被Ｘ线静脉造影证实，２例手术证实。结果：下肢深静脉血栓的声像图特征是静脉管腔内出现实性回声，探头加压管腔不能被压瘪；彩色多普勒显示病变处缺乏血流信号或血流信号消失；脉冲多普勒显示频谱异常，即不随呼吸变化。结论：彩色多普勒血流显像具有操作简单，无创伤，可重复检查等优点，是检查下肢深静脉血栓的敏感方法。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To discuss the value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) of the lower extremity. Materials and Methods: 35 cases of DVT of the lower extremity were examined by CDFI. The patients aged from 25 to 72 years, a mean age of 46 8. Among them, 26 cases were confirmed by X ray venography, 2 cases by operation. Result: The features of DVT were solid echogenicity within the lumen. noncompressibility of vein, lack or disappearance of Color Doppler signals in lesion area, and abnormal spectrum on puls Doppler no variant spectrum during respiratory circle. Conclusion: Color Doppler Flow Imaging is a convenient, noninvasive, repetitive and sensitive method for diagnosing DVT of the lower extremity. |
