中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫40例

目的]探讨中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法]选取符合标准病例80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,进行疗效观察,并做统计分析。结果]治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率92.5%。结论]中西医结合是治疗周围性面瘫的有效途径。对于面瘫的选穴上可多使用远端腧穴,已达到更好的效果。

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Therapy in 40 Patients with Surroundings Facial Paralysis

Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Surroundings facial paralysis. Methods ] Eighty patients with Surroundings facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, observe the effects, and do statistical analysis. Results ] The total effective rate were 97.5% in treatment group ,and 92.5% in control group. Conclusion] Tradition- al Chinese and western medicine is the effective way in treatment of Surroundings facial paralysis. And, we may use the far - end acupoint regarding on the facial paralysis acupoint selection, has achieved a better effect.
