| 摘 要： | 本文通过我院在肿瘤放疗设备管理工作中的一些具体事例，从三个方面对肿瘤放疗设备的管理和维护工作进行了有关的探讨。1．肿瘤放疗设备管理的作用和地位。2．认真掌握放疗设备管理的工作规律才能充分发挥放疗设备的作用。3．放疗设备的维护工作。这对于我们强化对医疗设备的规律意识，提高医疗设备的完好率具有一定的促进作用。
