| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫、脑室微量注射等急性实验方法,探讨了大鼠内源性神经降压素对应激性胃溃疡的细胞保护作用。侧脑室注射抗神经降压素血清后,大鼠应激性胃溃疡的产生明显加剧(P<0.05)。在大鼠应激性胃溃疡产生的同时,其血浆内神经降压素样免疫活性物含量明显减少(P<0.05),而下丘脑、桥脑、延脑、垂体中神经降压素样免疫活性物含量明显升高(P<0.01)。结果提示,大鼠内源性神经降压素具有细胞保护作用,并可能参与应激性胃溃疡的形成过程。

| Abstract: | The effect of endogenous neurotensin (NT) on stress ulcer was studied by means of radioimmunoassay nd microinjection into the ventricle of the rat. The results were asfollows: stress ulcer was significantly aggravated y icroinjecting antineurotensinserum into the ventricle. The contents of neurotensin immune reactive mass (NT-IR) inplasma were significantly decreased during stress ulcer formation in rats (P<0.05),but the contents of NT-IR in the ypathalamus brain stem and the pituitary were signifi-cantly increased (P<0.05). The results indicate that ndogenous T has a cytoprotec-tive effect and may modulate the formation of stress ulcer. |
