南方大斑蝥煎煮液的体内和体外致突变作用研究

目的与方法：为探讨抗癌药物－－南方大斑蝥用药的安全性，本文报道了南方蝥（以下简称斑蝥）煎煮液对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌营养缺陷型回复突变试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核（ＰＣＥ）试验、小鼠骨髓细胞Ｚｉ妹当构单体交换（ＳＣＥ）试验的影响。结果：高剂量（８２．８４ｍｇ／ｋｇ．ｂｗ）、中剂量（４９．７０ｍｇ／ｋｇ．ｂｗ）的斑蝥煎煮液有致ＮＩＨ小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核升高效应。高剂量（１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ．ｂｗ）、中剂量（５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ．ｂｗ）的斑蝥前煮液对ＮＩＨ小鼠骨髓细胞Ｚｉ妹染色单体交换频率有升高效应。结论：斑蝥煎煮液有一定的诱变性。并且，斑蝥煎煮液具有诱变性被首次报导。

THE STUDY OF THE MYLABRIS PHALERATA PALLAS DECOCTED FLUID'S MUTAGENICITY ON THE SHORT-TERM BIOLOGICAL TEST

Purpose and Methods: This paper reported the effect of the Mylabris phalerata Pallas on TA97, TA98, TA100, TA102's reverse mutation, micronucleus test of polychromatophilic erythrocyte (PCE), sister chromatid exchange (SCE) of the mouse marrow's cells.Results: Mylabris phalerata Pallas decocted fluid has no direct mutagenic effect on TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102. The decocted fluid of high (82.84mg/kg) and middle dosage (49.70mg/kg) groups can increase the micronucleus rate. The decocted fluid of high (100mg/kg) and middle dosage (50mg/kg) groups can increase the frequencies of SCE: Conclusion: These results indicated that the decocted fluid of Mylabris phalerata Pallas has some mutagenicity, and the mutagenicity effect of the Mylabris Phalerata Pallas is first to be reported.
