| 摘 要： | 目的观察吸烟及肺功能对老年人骨密度的影响。方法住院病人中随机抽取，测定60名吸烟老年人和30名不吸烟老年对照者，以双能X光吸收法（DEXA）测定腰椎及股骨上端骨密度，测量肺功能指标：一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEV1％pre）及血浆总蛋白、白蛋白，进行比较。结果吸烟组腰椎2、3椎体，股骨Troch、Neck、Ward＇s骨密度较对照组低，血浆总蛋白、白蛋白水平低；骨密度与肺功能有相关性，与血浆白蛋白有相关性。结论吸烟可使老年人骨密度降低。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the effect of smoking ,pulmonary function on BMD. Methods] BMD, forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),serum protein, serum albumin was measured in 60 elderly smoking people and 30 nonsmoking people. Results] BMD in elderly smoking people was lower than in elderly nonsmoking people. BMD correlated with pulmonary function. BMD also correlated with serum albumin. Conclusion] Smoking decreases BMD in the elderly people. |
