| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨快速免疫治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的新方法及疗效。方法：３２例快速免疫组５天半达到维持量，持续治疗一年后评定。３６例常规免疫对照组治疗２年后评定。结果：快速免疫组一年总有效率 ８４． ４％，常规免疫组 ２年总有效率 ８８． ９％，两组疗效无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞０． ０５）。结论：快速免疫疗法减少了注射次数和缩短了疗程，为治疗常年性变应性鼻炎行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the procedure and efficacy of rushimmunotherapy in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods: In the treatment group (32 cases), maintenance dose was achieved in 5. 5 day after rushimmunotherapy with allergens, then tapered gradually for 1 year for evaluating the response. But in the control group (36 cases), routine immunotherapy was sustained for 2 years, and then the efficacy was evaluated. Results: The responsive rate in the treatment and control group was 84. 4% and 88. 9%, respectively. The responsive rates were no significant difference between two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Rushimmunotherapy was an effective method for treating perennial allergic rhinitis because injection frequency was reduced and duration was shortened. |
