PC与DXM-PC支架治疗不稳定性心绞痛的对照研究

目的比较普通磷酸胆碱涂层（phosphorytcholine，Pc）支架与可释放地塞米松的磷酸胆碱涂层（dexamethasone—phosphorytcholine，DXM—PC）支架治疗具有冠状动脉单支病变的不稳定性心绞痛的长期临床效果。方法将入组的120例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分入两组，分别植入两种不同支架。一组为PC支架治疗组（n=60），以下简称PC组；另一组为DXM—PC支架（n=60），以下简称DXM—PC组。观察两组患者术后4年的主要心血管不良事件的发生率。结果所有患者均成功植入支架，在支架植入术后4年，DXM-PC组与PC组相比，具有更低的主要心血管不良事件发生率。结论在治疗具有原发冠状动脉单支病变的不稳定性心绞痛患者时，DXM—PC支架安全，较之PC支架能更有效地防止主要心血管不良事件的发生，从而获得更好的长期临床效果。

Comparison of PC stent and DXM-PC stent for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To compare the long-term clinical efficacy of drug delivery phosphorycholine-coated stents loaded with dexamathasone （DXM-PC stent） with that of the normal phosphorycholine-coated stent （PC stent ） for the treatment of native single coronary lesion in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods All the enrolled 120 patients were assigned randomly into two groups： patients in one group were treated with the PC stent （n = 60）, while patients in the other group with DXM-PC stent （n = 60）. The rate of major adverse cardiac events （MACE） was then observed for 36 months after the procedure. Results The stent implantation procedure was successful in all patients. Patients in DXM-PC stent group had a much lower rate of MACE than those in PC stent group. Conclusion The implantation of DXM-PC stent is safe and effective on the prevention of MACE, and leads to favorable long-term clinical outcomes in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
