康复新液联合银花抗病毒口服液治疗儿童疱疹性口炎的疗效分析

摘    要:目的 观察康复新液联合银花抗病毒口服液治疗疱疹性口炎的疗效观察,寻找治疗疱疹性口炎的有效方法.方法 选取2011年1月1日-2012年12月30日于湖南省儿童医院口腔科就诊符合条件的患儿90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,均根据情况给予常规退热,补液,止痛等对症治疗.治疗组以康复新液局部喷口腔,银花抗病毒口服液口服,对照组以开喉剑喷雾剂局部喷口腔,蒲地兰口服液口服,两组疗程均为7d,观察疗效.结果 治疗7d后,治疗组总有效率95.6%,高于对照组有效率71.1%,未见严重不良反应,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 康复新液联合银花抗病毒口服液治疗疱疹性口炎,安全有效,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Yinghua antiviral solution in the treat- ment of children with herpetic stomatitis. Methods Ninety cases from department of stomatology in HuMan Children's Hospital from 2011-1-1 to 2012-12-30 were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. Test group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid and Yinghua antiviral solution. Contrast group was treated with Kaihoujian liquid and pudilanxiaoyan solution .The effects of both groups were observed and analyzed for seven days.Results After seven days of treatment ,the total effective rate of the test group (95.6%) was much higher than that of the contrast group (71.1%).Significant changes were observed in statistics (P〈0.05).There was no severe adverse reaction.Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Yinghua antiviral solution has good clinical effect in treatment of children with herpetic stomatitis, and it can be used extensively in clinic.
