HIV感染相关性肿瘤研究进展

近年来我国人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染率和获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)发病率持续上升,控制HIV感染及改善HIV感染者预后的形势严峻。HIV感染后破坏人体免疫系统,引发机会性感染和相关性肿瘤。HIV感染相关性肿瘤包括非霍奇金淋巴瘤、卡波西肉瘤、侵袭性宫颈癌、肺癌、头颈部肿瘤等。HIV感染相关性肿瘤已成为HIV感染者死亡的主要原因之一。为提高对该类疾病的认识,该文对近年来HIV感染相关性肿瘤的研究进展予以综述。

Research Progress of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection-related Neoplasms

The infection of human immunodeficiency virus（ HIV ） and acquired immunodeficiency syn-dromes（AIDS） have been increasing in recent years in China;the situation of controlling the HIV infectionand improving the prognosis of the patients infected with HIV is serious. Patients infected with HIV are proneto develop opportunistic infection and malignancies such as non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Kaposi＇s sarcoma, inva-sive cervical carcinoma, lung cancer, and head and neck neoplasm. These HIV infection-related malignanciesare one of the most important causes of death for the patients with HIV infection. In order to have a betterknowledge of the HIV-related neoplasms, here is to make a review of the research progress in recent years.
