某院开展抗菌药物整治活动效果分析

目的通过调查潼南县人民医院抗茵药物专项整治活动中不同时期抗菌药物的使用情况，分析总结用药经验，促进该院抗菌药物的合理应用。方法回顾性分析该院2011年4～10月（整治前期）、2012年4～10月（整治中期）、2013年4～10月（整治后期）三个阶段的抗菌药物使用情况，包括住院患者抗菌药物使用强度和使用率、I类切13＇手术预防性抗茵药物使用率和特殊使用级抗菌药物使用强度等指标。结果抗菌药物专项整治后期较整治前期和整治中期患者抗茵药物使用强度分别下降58．66％和31．45％，I类切口预防性抗菌药物使用率分别下降48．61％和32．38％，特殊使用级抗茵药物使用强度分别下降77．96％和39．71％，上述指标后期与前、中期比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。整治后期抗茵药物使用率较整治中期下降12．24％，两阶段使用率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论该院在抗菌药物专项整治活动效果明显。整治活动结束时达到了预期目标．促进了该院抗菌药物的合理应用。

Analysis on effect of antibacterial special rectification activities in a hospital

Objective To investigate the use condition of antibacterial agents at different periods in special rectification of antibacterial agents in Tongnan County People＇s Hospital ,analyze and summarize the experience of medication ,and promote the rational usage of antibacterial agents in the hospital. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the usage of antibac- terial agents of the hospital in three periods：April-October in 2011 （early stage of rectification ）, April-October in 2012 （middle stage of rectification） and April-October in 2013 （last stage of rectification ）, including the indicators of usage intensity and usage rate of antibacterial agents,usage rate of preoperative antibacterial agents for type I incision, usage intensity of antibacterial a- gents for special application and so on. Results Compared with the early stage and middle stage of special rectification, the us- age intensity of antibacterial agents in last stage of special rectification declined 58.66% and 31.45% respectively, the usage rate of antibiotics for type I incision declined 48.61% and 32.38% respectively, and the usage intensity for special application de- clined 77.96% and 39.71% respectively;compared with the middle stage of special rectification,the usage rate in last stage de- cline 12.24% without statistically significant difference（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion The special rectification activity in hospital is ef- fective obviously. The activity reaches the target, and the rational application of antibacterial agents in the hospital is promoted.
