| 摘 要： | 目的观察佩兰二术汤治疗痰湿型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法37例2型糖尿病患者给予佩兰二术汤治疗,疗程2个月;观察其临床疗效和治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、血脂(TG、TC)的变化。结果临床治愈5例,好转29例,未愈3例,总有效率为91.89%;FPG、TC、TG明显降低(P<0.01)。结论佩兰二术汤治疗痰湿型2型糖尿病疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Peilan Erzhu Decoction" in treating type 2 diabetes of phlegm-dampness syndrome.Methods Thirty-seven subjects were treated with "Peilan Erzhu Decoction" for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,and the levels of fasting plasma glucose and blood lipid were observed.Results Five cases were clinically cured,29 cases improved and 3 cases failed,with the total effective rate of 91.89%;the levels of FPG,TG and TC were decreased after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion "Peilan Er... |
