| 摘 要： | 目的:比较研究杜仲盐炙前后HPLC指纹图谱的变化规律。方法:采用HPLC法研究杜仲盐炙前后的指纹图谱。色谱柱为SP-120-5-ODS-AP(150mm×4.60mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水线性梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为230nm,进样量为5μL,柱温为25℃。结果:杜仲生品指纹图谱中标出共有指纹峰15个,杜仲盐炙品则标示出16个共有峰。结论:杜仲经盐炙后HPLC指纹图谱指纹峰数有所增加,且大部分峰面积亦有增加趋势,可以认为杜仲盐炙后化学成分发生了一定的质变和量变。
