异丙酚麻醉下无痛共振脂肪抽吸

目的：探讨无痛下高效快速的脂肪抽吸技术.方法：从2001年5月开始引进瑞士VAUS0N共振脂肪抽吸系统,在异丙酚静脉麻醉下,对680例患者行不同部位的脂肪抽吸.结果：共振吸脂量大,吸脂部位平整,手术时间短,平均45min,患者术后即可清醒,恢复快.经6个月的随访,638例患者取得了满意效果.结论：异丙酚静脉麻醉下无痛脂肪抽吸技术是安全高效、创伤小、恢复快的脂肪抽吸新技术.

Vibro-liposuction under propofol aesthesia

Objective To study the vibro-liposuction technique under propofol aesthesia that is more effective and quickly. Methods During May 2001,our center had made use of vibro-liposuction instrument of Vauson under propofol aesthesia in 680 cases. Results Vibro-liposuction was quickly,all time through liposuction were short,about 45 minute.The quantity of fat granule was large.Though clinical observation and follow up for 6 months, 638 cases achieved perfect results.The local skin is smoothness and soft,shape of body is become satisfactory. The pain of postoperative was slight and recovery was fast. Conclusion Vibro-liposuction is a new liposuction technique that is safe, efficient, quickly and mini-traumatic.
