| 摘 要： | 1例47岁男性患者,因肺炎给予盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液（拜复乐）400 mg,1次/d静脉滴注。用药次日,患者再次输注拜复乐过程中发生肢体抽搐,意识丧失,持续约20秒钟缓解,后调慢滴速,未予停药,上述症状未再发生。

| Abstract: | A 47-year-old male patient with pneumonia was given moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection （400 mg） via intravenous drip. On the next day, convulsions and loss of consciousness occurred during the process of receiving the intravenous drip of moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection, which lasted for about 20 seconds and then relieved. The above mentioned symptoms didn＇t happen when the dripping speed was slowed down but without withdrawl of the injection. |
