基层医院临床护士依法执业现状的调查

目的了解基层医院临床护士依法执业的现状,为规范护理人员执业行为提供依据。方法自制调查问卷对5所二级综合性医院的临床护士配置和临床护士护理工作相关法律知识与执业行为进行调查。结果基层医院临床护士配置不足,护士对护理工作相关法律知识知晓率偏低,违规执业情况时有发生。结论医疗机构应合理配置护理人力资源,提高临床护士法律知识水平,强化临床护士法律意识,提高临床护士素养,完善临床护士执业管理,规范护理行为,有效维护护患双方的合法权益。

Investigation on Current Situation of Lawful Practice of Clinical Nurses in Primary Hospitals

Objective To comprehend the current situation of lawful practice of clinical nurses in primary hospitals so as to provide basis of standardizing practice of nurses.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was adopted for an inquiry of the clinical nurses’ allocation and the nursing-related legal knowledge and practice of five grade-II general hospitals in Huzhou.Results There was inadequate allocation of clinical nurses in primary hospitals and the awareness rate of nursing-related legal knowledge was lower than expected and illegal practice occured occasionally.Conclusion Medical institutes should exert a rational allocation of nursing human resources,enhance their legal knowledge,strengthen their legal consciousness and improve their accomplishment.They should also try to improve the management of clinical nursing practice,standardize the nursing care services and effectively preserve the legitimate rights and interests of both nurses and patients.
